I'm Michael Salafia, founder of STAX Real Estate, a commercial brokerage focused exclusively on gas stations, convenience stores, and net lease properties across Florida. I also co-founded Re-Up, a convenience store operating company, giving me a perspective that most brokers don't have — I understand these assets from both sides of the transaction.


What sets my practice apart is a deep investment in technology. I've built DealNgn, an AI-powered deal management platform purpose-built for commercial real estate. From automated owner research and outreach to AI-generated offering memorandums, my brokerage runs on systems I've engineered from scratch.
